Custom Orders Please note that all our windows and doors (including Magnus, Vista, and Valencia series) are 100% custom-made to your specific measurements and requirements. Once an order has entered the production stage, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in our quality. Please inspect all products upon delivery or installation. If an item is found to be damaged or defective prior to installation, please notify us immediately. We will work with the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific Window & Door Systems) to provide a replacement or repair according to the warranty terms.
